Location Bounty Program: Full Terms & Conditions

Program Name: Coordinates North America Location Bounty Program.
Sponsor: Grandma Smiley's (the "Sponsor").
Eligible Locations: All 500 unique locations printed on the game cards are eligible for the Bounty.
Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, or have explicit parental or guardian consent to participate. The Location Bounty is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island.
Entry Limit: The Location Bounty is limited to one First Prize entry per unique location per person. Entrants may submit entries for multiple eligible locations.

To qualify for the Location Bounty, entrants must complete all of the following steps:

Obtain a Photo or Video: Take a clear photograph or video showing the specific location card (from the game) at the actual, real-world location referenced on the card.
Social Share: Share the photo or video on a public social media channel (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or X) and mention the game.
Send Proof: Send an email to the Sponsor with the photo/video attached and a link to the corresponding social media post. Submissions must use the contact details provided by the Sponsor.

Mail-In Entry Option: To enter without travel or purchase, entrants may hand-print their full name, address, email, and the name of one eligible location on a 3x5 index card.
Mail the card in a stamped envelope to: 310 4th Ave S Suite 5010 PMB 96938, Minneapolis MN 55415.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked while the location bounty program is active.

Verification: All submissions are subject to review and verification by the Sponsor. The first player to submit proof for each location card will be eligible for a prize.
Safety Clause: Submissions must not involve any dangerous, unlawful, or unsafe activities, including, but not limited to, trespassing or damaging property. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entry deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Verification: The Sponsor is the sole judge of eligibility and verification of the location.

First Prize: The first person to successfully submit qualified proof for a given eligible location (as determined by the timestamp of the proof received by the Sponsor) will receive a Prize Package valued at $50.
Subsequent Prize: Any subsequent qualified and verified entries received for that exact same eligible location will receive a promotional prize package valued at $20.
Prize Details: Prizes may include Grandmasmileys.com merchandise, Grandmasmileys.com gift cards, or other options at the Sponsor's discretion.
Winner Notification: Winners will receive details on how to claim their prize in a response to their submission.
Prize Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receiving the prize package. Prizes are non-transferable.
Minor Participation: Prizes won by an entrant under 18 will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

Grant of Rights: By submitting an entry (photo or video), the entrant irrevocably and perpetually grants Grandma Smiley's, its affiliates, and its agents, a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and publicly display the submitted content (including the photo/video and associated social media posts) for any future promotional, marketing, advertising, or educational use.
Social Media Non-Sponsorship: The Location Bounty Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

Release of Liability: By participating in the Location Bounty Program, participants agree to release and hold harmless Grandma Smiley's from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.
Right to Modify/Cancel: The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Location Bounty Program at any time without prior notice.
Disputes: All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Sponsor is headquartered.
